i went to get an emissions test today. and i got there and discovered my car doesnt even have a catalytic converter on it. no cat = instant fail. its okay though, i get one free retest once i install the cat. it better pass when i take it back

I passed mine today! Cats Rule Everything Around Me.

The only reason I don’t want to live over yonder. Emissions is taken seriously :c
